MAY 31 - JUNE 7 - 2026 - A YOGA RETREAT IN THE SACRED VALLEY, PERU

Are you ready for an Adventure?

Join me in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, May 31 - June 7, 2026, for our own special yoga retreat and adventure.

We will spend a week in Ollantaytambo, getting acclimated to the altitude, doing yoga in the geodesic dome, experiencing the local culture and seeing the Incan archaeological sites in the area.

Ollantaytambo is both a town and an Incan archaeological site in southern Peru some 45 miles by road northwest of the city of Cusco. It is located at an altitude of 9,160 ft above sea level in the district of Ollantaytambo, province of Urubamba, Cusco region.

We will be staying at Las Qolqas, an eco-lodge located two kilometers to the east of Ollantaytambo. It is a short walk into town

Las Qolqas is nestled in the mountains surrounded by peace and quiet, yet close enough to walk (20 minutes) to the village. Or, you can take the free shuttle into town or to the train station to Machu Picchu in under ten minutes.

At Las Qolqas, they believe that tourism can be a source of sustainable development. Everything that they do is sustainable, locally sourced and organic. The dwellings are safari tents, built on platforms above the ground so that they impact the earth minimally and blend into the environment. Each tent is comfortable with modern finishes and a modern bathroom. The walls are insulated to be thermally efficient. Solar energy is used to power the lights.

Two person tents have a single room, where you can choose between a king or two twin beds. Perfect for privacy and comfort. Your private deck offers you panoramic views of stunning surroundings and pure nature.

Other amenities include:

Shower
Hairdryer
Organic amenities

Minibar
Safety box
Woodstove
